Navigating Life's Purpose: A Journey Within

Knowing your purpose and living it is a key factor in finding happiness. Some people know their purpose or calling at a young age. For instance my father knew he wanted to be a pilot when he was seven years old. Through high school he worked at a local airport and eventually became the youngest Captain for TWA in the early 1960’s. For my Mom raising us children was her purpose. For some, like myself, my calling has evolved and changed throughout the years.

“Now isn't what you have to be the rest of your life.”

I’ve always received pleasure from helping others. I began my career helping people heal emotionally in the counseling profession. After 12 years that shifted to the physical aspect of healing, Physical Therapy. At that time I also participated in a yoga teacher training. Yoga and meditation added the spiritual component to what I have to offer. The blending of my professions, life experiences and passions contributes to my purpose of helping men shift into a new paradigm to redefine manhood and achieve optimal health and vitality in all areas of life.
